The Community Prisoner Mother Program (CPMP) is a compassionate initiative in California that offers qualified female inmates—who are pregnant or mothers of young children—the chance to serve their sentence in a more supportive, home-like environment. The program is designed to break the cycle of incarceration through rehabilitation, education, and parenting support.
