CONNECTED HEARTS INITIATIVE

Supporting Families and Friends of Incarcerated Loved Ones
In Partnership with Mothers Bail Bond | California-based Services

Because Family Support is Key to Successful Reentry

When a loved one is incarcerated, the journey doesn’t end at the prison gates. Connected Hearts is a resource hub dedicated to supporting the families and friends of individuals in California’s correctional facilities. We provide essential information, advocacy, and guidance to ensure you remain informed, empowered, and connected to your loved one during their time of incarceration.

In collaboration with Mothers Bail Bond, we ensure families have the tools they need to navigate the system and protect their relationships, ensuring a successful reintegration into society once released.

Our Mission

The separation between families and their incarcerated loved ones can create feelings of isolation, confusion, and helplessness. Connected Hearts exists to fill the gap by offering resources that simplify the complex corrections system, advocate for families’ rights, and ensure transparency. Our goal is to make sure you have the information and support needed to stay connected and advocate for your loved one.

A Family’s Voice

“When my son was incarcerated, I didn’t know where to turn. Connected Hearts helped me understand the system, file complaints, and ensure his safety and rights were respected.”
